Sydney aka Syd the Kid, born and raised just North of Atlanta. She grew up always playing multiple sports, but competition dance was her true passion. After she graduated from KSU’s business school for marketing and film (she’ll talk about movies with you forever), she found VESTA through her sister and best friend. Shoutout to Catherine in the HIIT room - another member turned trainer! From the first class she was hooked - the pun is always intended.
